We have been in business with this company for over 10 years. They don’t carry every brand. But if you want the best in Pentair products, wholesale chemicals, and all pool service products,this is the place to go.
Very disappointed with the service at the counter.
I recently founded a construction and remodeling company and visited this store to open an account so I could purchase materials that are hard to find elsewhere.
When I explained my request, the employee asked if I specialized in pool construction. I told him that, for now, we were only doing a repair. To my surprise, he responded that he couldn’t open the account because it was exclusively for wholesale purchases and, based on his judgment, my purchasing volume wouldn’t be high enough, which could lead to my account being closed.
I am certain that this is not the company’s actual policy but rather a lack of willingness from the staff to take the time to open a new account. A frustrating experience that leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service.
I have been doing business with this company for several years now. They are simply the best! Eli, Mary Lou the whole team is incredibly helpful. If I have a question, they have the answer, every time! DryCon Contractors will be using them for all our pool projects!
