From start to finish, Anthony and Sylvan pools was amazing. Through the entire process, they were consummate professionals, communicated extremely well before during, and after milestone events guided us through the decision-making process in the beginning all the way through until we took over maintenance of the pool I can’t say enough things the process was in total less than three months from contact to final and pool construction talk about two months. I would 100% use these guys again! Jeremy guided us through the design and purchase and my project manager David Geiger, were professional understanding and quick to respond with any questions I might have. The entire family is extremely happy with how the pool turned out. I am extremely happy with the responsiveness of Anthony and Sylvan pools during the entire process.
We are extremely pleased with our pool by Anthony and Sylvan. Jeremy was incredibly responsive and helped us through each step of the process of design, and David is an excellent project manager! We were kept in constant communication and anything issues were immediately resolved. This team is truly made up of experts and they are incredibly knowledgeable about what they do. Thank you Jeremy, David and team!
Just finished our pool with A&S and they did a wonderful job. This is not our first time building a pool, and we were pleasantly surprised that the process was so efficient and there were no major snags. If any little hiccup occurred, they were there to fix it immediately. Our PM, David, was great to work with. He would promptly respond to my calls/texts and there was always an open line of communication with both David and Jeremy, our sales person. David would visit our job site almost every single day, sending us daily emails with photos and updates of where things were in the process and next steps. Just an overall painless process and so happy with final results!

25 Years ago we chose Anthony & Sylvan to build our pool. It has been virtually trouble-free! It still looks and functions AMAZINGLY!
Recently we were told by our county building official that there was a records problem with our pool construction permit – AFTER 25 YEARS!? It had to be resolved before we could fix the damaged roof on our home.
We reached out to Anthony & Sylvan and they responded! Jacksonville Design Consultant, Maurice Bushroe, volunteered to help us resolve the problem. He was professional, persistent and persuasive while working with our troubled county permitting office – The Anthony & Sylvan team in Jacksonville supported him 100%! Our problem is gone, the roof is repaired and the pool is better than ever!
When your Anthony & Sylvan representative tells you about their Lifetime warranty – YOU CAN BELIEVE IT!!! If you want a new pool and relentless service in Northeast Florida, you need o partner with their Jacksonville team! We are so glad we did.
I just had a pool completed by Anthony & Sylvan and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Jeremy (sales/design) is excellent, very knowledgeable, and answered texts from me any day of the week if I had questions or concerns. I had a tough situation in my tiny backyard, but he figured it out and we came up with a cool design that fit the space. HOA submission went through with no delay. Dave (project manager) is just so polite and respectful, came by almost every day to check on things, making sure everything kept moving forward. He sent me an email with pictures after every visit, letting me know what was happening next and when. If I had any issues with my responsibilities (i.e. sprinklers, gas hookup, fencing) he helped coordinate and provided referrals so there would be no delays. Even if I sent a text off-hours and told him it was ok to answer me the next day, he would get right back to me anyway. Excellent communication was especially important for me as I was not there for most of the construction process. Great job!
