   I called today for someone to come out and install 2 vanity faucets and drains and they were able to get me in right away. Brian came out and did a great job. Very courteous and professional. Consulted me on various aspects of of the job seeking my preferences. Highly recommend.

   We thought the response and service of your Maddox rep JD was excellent. A minor mistake was made but it was JD who discovered it. He quickly stepped forward with a plan to correct it. He was very professional and pleasant. This confirms I want to be a long term customer of Maddox. Thank you for all your help.

   James with Maddox Plumbing worked on 2 very tough drain clogs today. Had to bring out the “heavy” equipment (power snake), but got it draining nicely. Very pleasant gentleman who also did a great job cleaning up when done. Will continue to rely on these folks for future plumbing issues. Thanks!

   You were great at getting us a tech very quickly and he was friendly and competent. He resolved the issue quickly. However, I was appalled to find that we were charged $91.70 for a part that we can buy at home depot for $51.58 with our Veteran’s discount. I understand a slight markup for having to go to Home Depot to get the part, but charging almost double for the part is absurd, especially given that we were also charged $5.00 for fuel :(. Had we known we were going to have to pay such an exorbitant price for the part, we would have gone and gotten it ourselves. If I could rate the tech separately he would get 5 stars. Update 10/10/25 – Maddox reached out to me and explained that the tech had used an incorrect mark up on the part that was purchased at Home Depot – they agreed to return my check, and issued me a corrected invoice. Unfortunately, the post office seems to have lost the envelope from Maddox that contained my original check 🙁 I ended up having to pay a $25 fee to my bank to stop payment on that original check, but that was not Maddox Plumbing’s fault – it was the post office that lost the check. Overall I was pleased with the service and the customer focus of this company.

   Out of 5 plumbers Maddox was the first to respond for our after hours emergency call. They were out in approx 20 min and quickly resolved our back up plumbing . Carlos was very friendly and quickly resolved our issue. Definitely would recommend
