They are the worst in customer service. After taking the money the owner would not respond to any phone calls or messages. The time takes them to finish the job could be indefinite. The owner Jesus collects the money upfront then he would disappear.
The owner doesn’t abide by any contract, he has multiple projects but not enough workers and after starting the project he would jack up the price.
This is a fraud company. Stay away .
This is an edit of the previous review. We contracted with the Garden Center of Las Cruces to install our pool and landscape our yard. This contract was to take six months; it took 13 months to complete. This was very frustrating and disappointing. My communications with the owner Jesus were contentious and argumentative. Communication with Megan were always respectful and cordial.
Since the pools completion we could not be happier with the results. The pool looks and functions great. Megans landscaping looks amazing and deserves 10 stars! The installation of the landscaping went very smoothly.
Any small issues that have come up (as with any large project) have been handled quickly. The team that worked on the project did a great job!
They have been very helpful teaching us about the operation of our equipment.
Overall, I can recommend them for the finished product, but I would expect delays. Our pool and yard look amazing, and we are very pleased with the result. Because of Megan Guerra’s design and communication, I am changing my review to four stars, the only reason I cannot give five stars is because of the delays.
Better pricing for smaller jobs than other places in town. I needed 3/8 rainbow crusher fine but only needed a small amount, not a full ton and it was great not to have to pay the same price for a few buckets as a full ton like other places tend to charge. Service was friendly and helpful too. I definitely recommend for small or home project hard scape supplies.
Their landscape design is nothing short of amazing. Their attention to detail and creativity truly sets them apart. I highly recommend Garden Center for anyone looking to elevate their outdoor space.
Been trying to call them all morning. It cut the line and hangs up on you. The neighbor across from us has had garden center at his property for the last week. It’s a mess. Our whole block is a mess. Now they dropped an employee at the property and left him. For the last 2 hours he has been napping in the equipment and staring at our house. Creepy.
