   I usually do not interact with the landscape company because our HOA is their primary contact. I do notice and appreciate how Green Summit keeps all our public landscape areas pristine and well kept. I recently did interact with Christie Schultz because I was having a specific problem with trees in one of the public areas. Christine was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. We addressed the issues and Green Summit is taking care of the problem. Christie listened and acknowledged everything from our conversation. What I most appreciated is she was proactively educating her assistance and interns. I really like seeing managers taking interest, educating, and sharing their knowledge with their staff. Once or twice I have interacted briefly with the green Summit workers working in the public areas. They are always extremely friendly & pleasant.

   I want to write this to say I been in multifamily for 30 plus years and now HOA management. I have worked with many vendors but MegAnn is one of the best. She responds right away, never skips a beat, and always goes way beyond her job description. She cares and it shows. Thank you for allowing me to see that people still care about their jobs and want to go the extra mile. Very refreshing!

   I have worked with Green Summit for about five years. I am the chair of the Landscape Committee for my HOA and our Committee first asked Green Summit to bid on a big installation project. We thought the design by their Landscape architect Adam Bangerter was great and the installation perfect. After that, our HOA switched to Green Summit for our landscape maintenance. I have been working with Liza Wheeler the past year and she has been a great account manager–responsive to our needs, knowledgeable about plants and turf and quick to resolved issues. I highly recommend Green Summit.

   Ray Garcia with the northern Meadows crew landscaping crew fantastic job never complains always goes above and beyond when I see him and ask for assistance. I see him actually doing the work pulling the weeds, raking rock, cutting branches, fixing water lines getting everything done… helping out the crew the crew is very knowledgeable and considerate they do a very good job and they make sure to take care of everything.

   This is less about the landscaping and more about the integrity of the landscape workers. Although I do appreciate the work they do here. I inadvertently dropped my wallet getting out of my car. It bounced underneath the car and went unnoticed. After my husband left in the car the landscape crew came by in the course of their weekly maintenance and found my wallet in the parking lot. They got my address from my ID and returned my wallet—I never even noticed it was gone! So— I would like to say thank you very much!
