   Customer service was exceptional! Fabian was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a warm greeting and explained in detail the lawn care service he was going to do. He thoroughly inspected my lawn, gave me feedback and addressed all my concerns. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend TruGreen Lawn Care!

   I’ve been a TruGreen customer for two years now, and I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed. Despite having a regular service plan, my lawn is constantly full of weeds — year-round. I’ve called multiple times, filed complaints, received refunds, and even had them revisit my property. Still, the weeds persist, and my grass looks horrible.

   At this point, I genuinely question if they’re even showing up when they claim to. My yard has looked awful this entire summer, and I’ve had several guests ask if I ever have anyone come take care of it — it’s embarrassing to say I do, especially when it’s TruGreen. I expected professionalism, improvement, and at the very least, visible results.

   I do not recommend TruGreen to anyone looking for real lawn care solutions. Save your time, your money, and your yard — go with a local company that actually takes pride in their work.

   I called trugreen 4 times because I wanted them to take care of an ant problem I was having in my backyard. I have nothing but dirt back there in which I hope to start cecementing here real soon. They have a way of going around and avoiding the issue you have because they don’t cover it. I knew they were not covering the ants. That’s why I continued calling to get them to admit it, and they never did. I have recordings of them. I ask them what are you going to take care of? “Ticks, spiders, and other creeping things,” God put on His earth. I explained, “I don’t have animals back there. I don’t care about fleas and ticks. There’s no animals. I haven’t had animals in my backyard for over 20 years.” I continually brought up the ants. Ants are what I am targeting here. They continually went around it. They continued. “It takes care of spiders, ticks, and then they mention all the other little creeping things, hesitantly, they threw in it will spray ants. It was the same speech with each and every representative. Seems like they have zombie training. I went ahead and let them come out. I knew what was going to happen. The gentleman that came was somewhat sarcastic and very sure of himself. But I guarantee you. He met his match. I pointed to a large ant hill that we were standing by he said, “Ants.” I knew right there, and then ants would not be sprayed. Just for conversation, I did tell him how I controlled them for a while. But they returned. He said, “They didn’t come back. A new colony moved in.” He said he was there only to spray the perimeter, and that’s not what I was told. I told him they said you’d spray the yard. And he just smiled, he said. Well. I’m the one spraying, and I gave him back a card. He had given me which was his personal card, and I told him, “You’re fired, leave.” I started to walk away, and he was coming up the drive, and I told him. Do you see those no trespassing signs? I wouldn’t do it if I were you, turn around, and leave. And he did. Another representative was finally honest enough to say that they don’t spray for ants in this area. I told them, “Are you like, the insurance companies that you go by, zip codes instead of by saying this person needs car insurance?” What’s the difference between the highs and the people in the South Valley? The ants are all the same. That’s what I call prejudice. If your truck can drive to Montgomery, it can also drive to the South Valley with the spray in it. No difference.
   I will never ever do business with this company again. I do not recommend it, and if you do decide, you want them. You record the conversation, and you make sure they admit to spraying what you want to get rid of in your yard, including ants.
   I found another company and they were amazing. And they said we will spray your ants! Since that was my main concern, it was also theirs.

   Tech did great job calling to get to back yard as we were not at home when he came. They have rid our yard of Nut Sedge when others could not. Love ‘em

   Look no further, than TRUGREEN, they keep my yard “free” of weeds as I am crippled. They spray my yard three (3) times a year. Their service representative are “all” professionals. Also, their price beat all others I called.
