Luis and his crew do great work! We had a covered patio built. They dug the proper footings for the 3 large posts for support. He ordered the right roof tiles to match the rest of the house and did everything else exactly how we were wanting. The stucco his sub did was also great. He kept in constant communication about any choices that were to be made and gave his advice as well.
There were a couple of hiccups and 2 weeks turned to 2 months, but overall it was a good experience. The shade that the patio has provided has made a big difference so far and I’m glad we hired them. They are friendly and work hard. I would recommend this company for your construction and home needs.
I called Adobe Construction and Remodel to repair some window frames on my 50 year old adobe house and they came out within two days and finished the repairs quickly and they look great. My neighbors and I all have the same windows and I know about how much they cost to repair, Adobe was much cheaper than I was expecting and didn’t try to persuade me into unnecessary repairs which I really appreciated. I’ll be using them in the future for all home renovations.

We had just purchased our new home in Santa Fe which needed a few updates. My partner, Thomas Mondragon and myself found Abode Village randomly through a Google search. We had met with a few contractors who left us (as a lot do) hanging. Luis and Jose were quick respond and could start our remodel immediately. We as a measure verified their Licenses and Insurance, plus checked with references. We hired them on the spot. That was the beginning of a wonderful working relationship.
First you should know that 90% of our project was done while we were still living in Los Angeles. We were concerned at first that this might be a problem. Luis as owner and Jose as project manager immediately put us at ease . Jose sent daily photos, made sure that we liked and approved of what they were doing. They did everything we wanted and nothing we didn’t ask for or make necessary changes without our approval. Trust me working 853 miles away took all the usual stresses of a remodel off our plate while trying to get ready for a big move.

Adobe Village Construction installed windows and painted our house. We could not be more satisfied. Every worker was careful and professional. Communication was complete and transparent; we are very happy with the results. Our house is very happy with the care that it got at the hands of Adobe Village Construction.
