I recently had the pleasure of working with Ulises on a transformative landscaping project for my backyard, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the beginning, Ulises made sure I felt in control of the project while providing invaluable insights and suggestions that turned my backyard into a true oasis.
My main objectives were to remove an ugly koi pond, get rid of an old concrete path, and level the entire backyard to install a pergola. Ulises not only met these goals but exceeded them by suggesting aesthetic enhancements that I would never have thought of. His idea to install pavers with tiny black rocks in between and to leave a strip of dirt next to the fence for small plants added both beauty and functionality to the space.
In addition, Ulises installed drip systems and planted Italian cypress trees that he was able to get at a great deal through his connections. He came by many times after the project was finished to make sure all of the drip lines were working perfectly. This level of dedication and attention to detail truly sets him apart.
Since purchasing my home, working with Ulises has been my best experience with a contractor. He is a true professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Over the past few months, I have learned a lot about Ulises and his dedication to his craft. Despite having a diverse skill set in both hardscaping and softscaping, he continues to stay updated in the industry by attending conferences and seminars. This commitment to ongoing education is a testament to his passion for landscaping and his desire to deliver the best possible results.
Ulises is honest about his capabilities, openly discussing which skills he excels in and when it might be best to consider another specialist. This transparency, combined with his adherence to the timelines he provided from the start, made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

We recently hired U & D Landscaping Inc for a concrete project covering around 1,700 sqft, including our driveway and both front and back yards. Ulises, the owner, is great to work with — professional, responsive, and easy to talk to. His crew was also very friendly and respectful throughout the job.

We highly recommend Uilses and his team. We recently had our driveway repaved and are extremely pleased with the results. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional. His top priority is to do an excellent job, and he takes extreme pride in his work. Our driveway is complicated, as it’s on a steep downslope.
