   These guys are the best! I requested these two by name (Augustin & Wilfredo) because I was so pleased with my service over a year ago. They explain everything thoroughly and their work is impeccable! They are extremely kind and accommodating! They went above and beyond to make sure I was content!

   These 3 guys came out and did a lot of work in just several hours time. We have just moved this home and the system has been neglected for years! Our system works like new. Way to go guys. They charged me exactly what was quoted and went the extra mile.

   I want to give a shout out to the crew, from Sean to Joaquin S, Veronica C, Honorato R and Antoni U. Sean was great he took the time to explain details during the initial walk through and was the first one there when it was day of installation answering any of my questions. When this amazing crew of Joaquin S, Veronica, Honorato and Antoni arrived, I was so impressed with how they came in with the equipment and energy needed to do the job correctly and efficiently. They were very professional in making sure the surroundings were set up appropriately so they can begin their work. The area was left clean each day and they arrived as they said they would the next day to complete the job. I really appreciated the suggestions they gave on how to keep up the system and step by step tutorial. All in all it was the dedication and commitment to me as a customer that really stood out. This was even from talking to Veronica and the others at the office. Your website describes how you all are a family and treat your customers as such, I really felt that. Thanks.

   I called American Irrigation Repair because we had a leak that was costing us large CoA water bills. No one identified our problem until Joel and Kevin found it. And then they stayed late to repair it and returned the next day, Sunday, their day off, to finish the work. They reflected a work ethic and commitment to customer service that I experienced from the moment my call was received to the follow up after the work was done. They were phenomenal and I recommend them very highly.

   Joaquin and Pepe are great technicians. They have done multiple jobs for us. In July 2025, they repaired irrigation pvc and drip system punctures caused by a negligent landscaper in an efficient, undetectable manner allowing us to finish our landscape upgrade on time.

   Last week we had a 3200 gallon leak that transpired over a period of 27 hours (inside the drip irrigation zone). We did not learn of the leak until our neighbors alerted us. We later discovered that although the controller and mobile devices were telling us the system was off, the solenoid valve mechanism failed and Hunter sprinklers (basic system won’t alert you).

   Pepe and Joaquin rebuilt the solenoid valve and now the system seems to be operating normally. Time will tell, but we feel secure about our system working reliably, once again.

   We received a six-month warranty for the repair. Our irrigation system is just over three years old and we are shocked to learn about the pre-mature failure of the solenoid valve mechanism.
