   We recently contracted with M&M Builders to remove and replace our old deck and arbor. We had interviewed other contractors and it was our lucky day when we met Mark — the owner of M&M. He fully explained to us the building process and was on site every day to supervise the work and assist in any changes we might want. His crew was prompt, neat, clean, polite, and professional. The removal of the old deck was speedy and to our delight the job was completed ahead of schedule. The completed job is beautiful and beyond our expectations. Mark has been a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process and we highly recommend M&M Builders.

   My wife and I are very particular when it comes to home projects. It took us several months, lots of research, and numerous interviews of potential contractors before we decided on Mark from M&M Builders to build our deck. Mark and his crew were incredibly professional, polite, prompt and highly skilled. They arrived on time, built the deck in the number of days they promised, and left our yard spotless. Most importantly, their workmanship was top quality. We would definitely use M&M Builders again.

   Our backyard was pretty dull and we never enjoyed hosting anything back there. My wife and decided to add a deck to solve these issues, Mark from M&M Builders was the perfect person for us to call. He guided us during the process and was so friendly and professional. The outcome was a success, we’ve received many compliments about the craftsmanship of our deck.

   Our 3100 square foot of decking had to be rebuilt. We made the right choice to use M & M. The new deck looks terrific and the craftsmanship is excellent. Mark’s team did a fabulous job and were a pleasure to have around – no litter, no loud radio music, just a hardworking group of people getting on with the job in hand.

   Mark Unger

   The deck in my backyard (built in the 1970s) was badly in need of replacement and I wanted to use synthetic boards for the flooring for ease of maintenance. I chose M & M Builders because I was convinced that their expertise with these boards would give me years of worry-free use. Dealing with Mark (the owner) is pleasant and he made good suggestions to duplicate the original design while working around the roof with posts that I was retaining. Being a craftsperson myself (although in a different field) I pay attention to details in manufacture and am very impressed by the skill of his crew. With Trex boards for the floor and redwood for the railings and side skirts we now have a beautiful deck that is rigid and quiet to walk on. Mark’s estimate/bid was not the cheapest that I received, but for the quality it will be cheaper in the long-run, which is why I hired him and am happy with the end result.
