Our Home in San Francisco was infested by ants. A giant nest. They came in and eradicated the problem. They found the source of where they were coming in and laid a gel poison for the ants to take back to the nest and kill the queen. They sprayed both inside and out. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend them
Tom, our pest control representative, has been absolutely amazing. From day one he has been responsive, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. We have had issues with ants and mice and he has explained what is going on every step of the way, answer all of our questions, and make sure how to keep our apartment building pest free between visits.
What really stands out is Tom’s consistency and care — he is always on time, thorough in his work and genuinely committed to solving any issues that we have had. Thanks to his expertise, we have seen a huge improvement and have complete peace of mind.

From the moment Tom and his team arrived they were professional and didnt make me feel embarrassed about having rodent issue and believe me there other “professionals” that will you feel bad about it which sucks. Anyways, they gave me a clear plan, set traps and even taught me how to avoid future problems with storage and food placement. Within a week the scratching noises were gone and havent returned. HIGH RECOMMENDED!
