We had a wonderful stay during the Balloon Fiesta! Our Casita was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hosts were thoughtful in every detail to make sure we had what we needed, from stocking the kitchenette to cozy blankets and comfy seating, to the special soaps and shampoo and conditioner. We loved the continental style breakfast with homemade muffins! We enjoyed the peaceful outdoor spaces. I have rarely felt so comfortable while traveling but this really felt like a home away from home. We will definitely stay here any time we visit Albuquerque. The hosts are amazing!
We stayed here for the opening weekend of the hot air balloon festival. Dawn was so pleasant and paid great attention to detail to make us all feel comfortable.
The property was beautiful and the room very charming and very clean. Dawn had homemade and healthy stuffed biscuits ready for us for breakfast and the creamer for coffee we asked for. There were also other treats in the refrigerator and homemade muffins on the counter. She makes everything with care and is conscious of food allergies. Peaceful area and close to places to eat. I would definitely recommend her place and stay again.
Stayed here for a friend’s nearby wedding and was such a good experience. Dawn and Joe were very accommodating and hospitable, such nice people. Gave us delicious fresh baked Banana Chocolate muffins upon first arriving and asked about any allergies or preferences for plant/alternative creamers that could go with the cute personal continental breakfasts in the rooms. Which was an amazing room (Sunflower Casita) with all the comforts needed like bath robes, extra towels, controlled AC/Heat (with electric fireplace as a bonus), and a steamer/iron for our clothes when requested. A lovely enclosed back patio also attached lead to the rest of the property and a personal parking spot if needed.
The property itself is so beautiful, the building aesthetics and wonderfully kept courtyard garden come together magically. A great little frisbee golf basket is also setup on a far side which is perfect for some more laid-back games and hang outs. Couldn’t beat the location for our purposes as the wedding venue was just several streets down. However, still quite short uber rides over to some prime locations like Casa Rodena Winery which i also recommend.
Will definitely being staying here next trip, perhaps for the balloon festival if we can make it!
Five stars is nowhere near enough for this beautiful sanctuary!! We booked the fire fox casita last minute while on the road to Albuquerque. Dawn and Joe were accommodating beyond belief. The grounds alone are awe inspiring, add to it the wonderful people that greet you upon arrival and you’ve got the recipe for a truly relaxing stay!! This will be our official lodging of choice anytime in Albuquerque!! Thank you guys for everything!
7 of us 50+ women stayed here for the Albuquerque Hot Air Balloon Fest, the location was perfect. We felt very safe in the gated area. The beds were very comfortable we loved the open floor plan but the privacy of the curtains. The grounds were beautiful.
Dawn & Joe were very accommodating and went above & beyond for us. Will definitely stay here again!
