I have had to make multiple calls throughout the years. I have always gotten professional and courteous service each time. From beginning to end, it’s always been a good experience. When I call, I’m met with courteous, helpful, professional employees that handle any appointments I need. They even schedule around my availability as much as possible. The technicians are always very polite, professional, take extra care not to cause any damage or dirt, explain fully and jobs always look expert grade. I’ve never experienced an issue with this company. Juan and Felipe were as efficient and thorough as can be. I will definitely recommend them since I’ve been with them for years.
Miguel from JB irrigation was terrific! He got right down to business and in a very timely manner completed the service. He found a leak and gave me the estimate before doing the work. He completed everything in short order. It was so refreshing to have such honest, good service from someone who did not pressure me into buying something! Actually, I would probably request for him to come out on the next service as well.
JB Irrigation is an excellent company to do business with. I am extremely happy with the communication and sprinkler system service I receive from them. I scheduled a service call appointment on line and everything went well. The crew is always very nice and they check everything out to make sure your system is ready to go.

Very good service. Took time to explain what he was going to do. I forgot to ask him how the new part was going to work out, but I figured it out. Although he said he would come back if there were any problems. So far so good. I have my sprinkler system back.
