The sales people, the scheduler, and the team who installed the BBQ Island were awesome. They came on time, consulted me about every detail, explained and demonstrated all the features. Everything is perfect and ready to go for my BBQ party tomorrow night.

I couldn’t be happier with my new smoker — this thing is absolutely badass. From start to finish the experience was smooth, and that’s largely thanks to David. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helped me choose the right setup for what I wanted. He walked me through the features, answered all my questions, and made sure I was confident before I left.

We were walking around at Barrett Jackson’s World’s Greatest Car Auction and spotted this beautiful set up with the grill, fridge , draw set up. We met Zach who told us all about the features and he took us around looking at all our choices so that we can make an informed decision.Zach was knowledgeable, easy to work with and no pressure. We can’t wait to set this customized BBQ center with extended counter space up! We can’t wait for summer to come to the Island!
I purchased this grill and side burner after seeing them on display at the Home and Garden Show. Delivery followed shortly afterwards. The installation required some additional work, as it was a retrofit into my existing outdoor kitchen area.
The installation team went above and beyond. They were concerned that the existing countertop might not be strong enough to support the larger grill, so they reinforced it to ensure everything would be safe and secure. They also had to cut away part of the existing tile and stucco to make everything fit properly, which they did with great care and attention to detail. David has also been extremely helpful in making sure the overall finish looks great. I’m currently waiting on a filler piece to complete the final touches, but I’m already very pleased with how everything has turned out.

From the initial visit to the showroom to ongoing communication to the delivery and installation of the grill was outstanding!
