   Rigo was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful making my ideas come to life. The workers were pleasant and highly skilled at their craft. I am beyond happy with my new front yard. I will definitely use this company again.

   Beware!!!
   This business doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The other negative reviews are correct! Do not use Rigoberto Cortes for any landscaping job. This guy is so unprofessional, a liar, and a scammer. He left my lawn unfinished for over a week and now I have to find someone else to finish the work. I gave him money in advance and he lied about purchasing materials. Multiple vendors stated that he never paid for the items and when I questioned him about it, he would then go and make the payment. One vendor gave me a receipt upon delivery of gravel for my flower bed and I noticed on the receipt that he ordered less than what I paid him for. I asked for the difference to be refunded to me and he never did, after telling that his fiancee’ would Zelle me the refund. He was very argumentative and never took accountability for his lies and broken promises. I had been in contact with him for almost three weeks since I initially reached out, regarding this job and he kept blaming the weather as the reason that he couldn’t get certain materials. He told me that I needed to purchase a weed barrier that he first was going to provide, apparently because I found out that he tried to cheat me with the gravel and I requested for a refund. The positive reviews must be fake. I read other negative reviews about the same thing that he’s done to other customers. He mentioned to my husband that he gambles, and now it makes sense on how all of these negative reviews of him taking people’s money are recent and possibly due to a gambling problem. Of course, he blamed every customer and took no accountability. This was a huge red flag that I wish we would not have ignored. The price was reasonable and he kept saying that he wouldn’t charge for installation on my flower bed, just for the pavers so I fell for it. He tried to use concrete instead of stabilizer sand that he originally said he was using. He kept making excuses that the “vendor” kept pushing him back by not having the stabilizer sand available. He’s a compulsive liar. He backed out of the job, after he already tore up my lawn, by blaming me because I wanted what he originally promised. He still owes me over $700 and I have to find another company to fix the mess that he left on my lawn.

   * Update*
   This guy is so unprofessional and of low character that he stooped so low to leave a negative review under my business page which has nothing to do with this job.

   My experience with Rigo and his team has been outstanding. They transformed my front and back yard into something truly fantastic. As someone who can be quite particular, I appreciated how Rigo reassured me throughout the entire process. Although I was initially skeptical due to some mixed reviews, the consistently high ratings convinced me to give him a chance. I’m very glad I did!

   I had a very good experience with this company! I started a project, and needed some assistance completing it. I called them on a Tuesday afternoon, with a bit of a time constraint as the materials had already been delivered to my house. They were responsive and did a fantastic job. They did much better than I would have done myself, I am very happy I spent the money and went with their excellent service. !!

   Short feed-back : Personally I like Rego. One star is for him … not his worker or work. I wish I didn’t pay him advance money for lumpsum job before they abandon job and stop replying. Be reasonable with your money and have some assurance that they will finish your project. Nice person and I think he didn’t execute the project properly, or he has unreliable crew/s.

   Long feedback:

   Rego come to Site- April 3rd, 2024.
   I provided DETAIL drawing with dimensions

   April 8th, Agree on price and award the contract.

   Rego ask me to pay advance … which did, bad bad bad move ..

   Crew work and did the framing for the pad.

   They supposed to have concrete that afternoon, but I was told they will bring the concrete next day. 👀

   Next step he quit answering my phone call. I contacted them through email, phone, Mailed the letter, contacted Police, no news .

   I receive call on 04/19/2024 from Rego explaining he left his phone with his client and didn’t have access to it. he ensured he will address the un-finished work and requested a day to sort out. I gave him two days.

   After several calls and text, I receive call back from Rego late Monday evening 04/22/2024 explaining that they underbid this job + few extra excuses which has nothing to do with the project. Rego supposed to talk to his Forman and figure out next step.

   Finally, I receive the text from Rego saying he will give me the check-list of everything has been done and refund any money left. Not sure what next..

   I contacted another concrete company. Someone just showed up and pointed out at least 11 area which they have to redo and its costing me money just to fix what they did!!!!
