   I really appreciate how well they communicate before each visit. Even when I can’t come to the door, they’ll text me, which makes everything easy. I’ve also always been able to let them know what to focus on seasonally—whether it’s roaches, spiders, silverfish or other issues—and they’re responsive to that. Overall, very reliable and easy to work with.

   Excellent experience starting with my first call to service appointment. Tania took my original call and was thorough, informational, and very pleasant to talk to. She was able to schedule my initial service appointment quickly (3 days later) and I knew exactly what to expect. The pest technician, Jeramy, messaged an hour before his arrival time and showed up exactly at 8am. He was very nice, professional, even entertained the million questions and stories from my children.

   We very happy with the Citra Pest Control company. The customer service rep was very helpful in getting the right package for us. And the Exterminator who came to our home, Alexander, was amazing. He was thorough and very professional. He was personable and polite – he did a great job!!

   We’ve had Citra Pest Control for almost a year and are pleased with their service. Spiders, ants and roaches were and are the main pests, but were brought under control. Among the individuals who have come to do the spraying and do fine work Alex has been here several times and I must commend him in particular. He is friendly, conversational and quite thorough.

   Michael Upchurch has been our technician and he always is super nice, punctual, patient with us, easy going! He is efficient as well and the bug situation has greatly improved ever since. We book monthly as of now!
