   We absolutely love our new kitchen! Initially we wanted just to extend the dining entrance and build a pantry, but Eco Home Builders made a good offer and we added flooring and kitchen remodeling as well. The building project went really well, they knew what they were doing and we were really happy with a process… As for the kitchen – there was another team and it wasn’t that smoothly… Delays, communication issues, some mistakes, quite tough, BUT Eco Home Builders resolved all of them very professionally!
   They didn’t just deliver the final result that was excellent, but made everything as we wanted there. I’m glad we chose them.

   I hired Eco Home to remodel our primary bathroom and make some adjustments to the adjacent laundry room. Disclaimer: I am a professional project manager with 16 years of experience in commercial real estate construction, relocations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as overall team management.

   I had high expectations and specifically sought out a company that would–on paper–be able to deliver and manage our project down to the letter. Project Management 101: communication is key. This is where Eco Home struggled the most. Failing to communicate schedule changes, not explaining why no one was showing up to our job site for days at a time, and constant gaslighting from our project coordinator are just high-level examples of my grievances.

   For instance, we just received our project wrap summary, which stated that after 6 weeks and 2 days, the project was delivered “on time.” Meanwhile, before we signed our contract, we were told the work would take only 3 weeks–and 4 weeks once the contract was signed. Not to mention, the start date itself was delayed by over a month from the onset, with the blame shifted onto us for supposedly not being prepared (despite the fact that the scope document I had provided before signing the contract never changed).

   Another important note: Eco Home does not employ the crews doing the work. The “A-team” we were promised actually had day jobs and only came in during afternoons or weekends, even though we were repeatedly told the work schedule would be Monday-Friday, 8-5 (which, it turns out, only applied to the project managers).

   That said, after essentially micro-managing my own bathroom remodel, we are happy with the final result. Still, had we known what we know now, we would have gone a different route. Hindsight is indeed 20/20. My husband and I often joked that “second or third time’s the charm,” since many parts of the project had to be redone due to lazy, sloppy, or rushed work.

   EDIT: Spoke with the Owner, Refael, and touched on all of the concerns. He promised real reform within his team, which is all that I wanted as an outcome to our unhappiness. That said, my review remains the same, although I have removed the project manager’s name.

   We recently worked with Eco Builder for our home remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and efficient. They stuck to the timeline they initially promised, which is a rarity in the remodeling world, and were upfront about costs, so there were no surprises along the way.
   Rafael was incredibly responsive throughout the project, always available to answer our questions and address any concerns. Chris, our project manager, did a fantastic job overseeing everything, ensuring that the work was completed to the highest standard.
   Thanks to Eco Builder, our remodel turned out even better than we imagined. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled remodeling team!

   We recently hired Eco Home Builders to complete our full home remodel as well as renovate our family condo. Both projects turned out amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Refael and his team are quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and are always there to help you along the process. They completed both jobs on time and the quality of the work is truly excellent. I would definitely hire them again for my next job!

   We chose Eco Home Builders after consulting with many different builders over 2 years of searching for “the one”. Upon meeting with Rafael we knew we found what we were seeking and signed a contract during that meeting. Eco Home Builders truly delivered and transformed our very dated home into our absolute dream home. It’s a process and not necessarily an easy one, living through the demo phase and snags that inevitably will happen- however, we know we made the right decision to trust our project to Eco Home Builders. Our project was finished nearly a year ago and every day in our ‘new’ home feels so special! The vision that we had for our project was not only met but exceeded. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
