Yesterday’s rodent bait station service was disappointing (2-6-26). The technician arrived without any notice and was sitting outside my home on a very loud phone call outside his truck! I tried to approach him to let him know I would open the gate and that I had secured my dogs, but he would not pause his call and barely acknowledged me.
I opened the gate anyway, yet he still rang the doorbell, causing my dogs to go crazy — exactly what I was trying to prevent. A simple courtesy call would have avoided the entire situation. If I hadn’t been home, he wouldn’t have been able to access the backyard at all to service the bait stations.
I’ve used this company before, but unfortunately the level of service does not seem the same. I later called and spoke with Morgan to request a courtesy call in the future, explained what happened, and received no apology. A very disappointing experience.
Our realtor recommended Pinnacle, and we have used their services twice since purchase. The office staff has been responsive, and the inspector (Chad each time) has coordinated well with the service teams (this time, Brandon and Antonio) to get the work done quickly. We’ll certainly call them again.
Lorenzo is great and was able to explain everything to me about rats and mice occupying my garage and attic. I had opened a Tesla that rodents absolutely destroyed in my garage. Thanks to Lorenzo and Pinnacle, I’m getting the issue under control. Chris was great for the exclusion installation. Andre is fantastic as my regular pest control guy who checks the traps and sprays for other bugs. Highly recommend Pinnacle and please give Lorenzo, Chris, and Andre my praise.
Details regarding periodic monitoring are lacking on site visit forms. The reports provided to date offer no value. This is the first and last time I will be using Pinnicle Pest Control.
