   Hive did a great job of demolishing and rebuilding our screened in patio area as well as repairing our built in spa after the flood. Ben did a wonderful job of our new design. His work crews worked very hard through the hot summer. Charlie did a wonderful job of managing his crew and keeping me informed. Ron came in at the end to make sure we could understand our new spa equipment and has followed up many times. Ron is a patient and great teacher. Thank you all for a job well done.

   Hive may not be the cheapest, but they do exceptional quality work that is well worth it. From our designer, Gabe, who stuck with us through more than a year and a half of design to Robert and Teddy who were extremely responsive project managers for their respective phases to Ron the pool tech who explained everything in great detail and even jumped in the pool fully clothed to fix issues, all were a pleasure to work with. Hive also uses excellent subcontractors when needed. For example, John the tile guy is probably the best and most detailed tile craftsman I’ve ever worked with! We would not hesitate to recommend Hive for your pool.

   Hive Outdoor Living exceeded all of our expectations. From start to finish the customer service and quality of work we’re phenomenal! Our foreman Teddy was attentive and informative throuout the whole process, answering all of our questions and concerns and really made us apart of the process. Our “pool school” with Ron was exceptional. Ron deserves 5 stars on his own for how knowledgeable and informative he was. He really took the time to explain everything and ensured we knew how to use and care for our pool. We would highly recommend Hive to anyone looking for an outstanding, fast, attentive, informative, quality company to build the backyard of your dreams!

   From the moment we met Ben Kelver at the Hive sales office, we knew we were in good hands. Ben was outstanding in helping craft the vision we had for the pool we wanted in our new home. Ben provided us with various options and shared pros/cons of some of our choices. His attention to detail on the CAD drawings was top-notch. Once we were under contact and had the permits, Ben came to our home with Project Managers Ron and Teddy. During this kick-off meeting, we were told to circle a specific future date on our calendar and the pool would be done by that date. Through the dedicated efforts of Teddy leading some awesome subcontractors for pool construction, pavers, screened enclosure and landscaping repairs our pool was delivered earlier than anticipated. Once construction was complete, Ron took over for our orientation and did a great job explaining all of the equipment and required maintenance. Our experience with the Hive team couldn’t have gone any better. Their communication throughout the process was A+!! My wife and I would highly recommend prospective pool purchasers to consider HIVE if you want an excellent experience!

   I cannot express how amazing the crew at Hive have been and how happy we are with our fiberglass pool resurface. Joe was our salesman and from the moment he came out to our house until the project was finished he was available if I had any questions, so friendly, kind, always on time and so helpful. Matt and Chris, who did the actual resurfacing were amazing also. They were always at our house on time, incredibly professional, friendly and always cleaned up immaculately each and every day. We went over a year a half without a pool due to a bad pool company and Hive outdoor living gave us a pool in 8 days. Truly I would give them 100 out of 100 stars if I could. I cannot thank you guys enough for giving us our pool back.
