   I can’t say enough good things about Chis, Travis and their crews. On time every day, communications were great, crews cleaned their site every day, and the skill of their guys (¡Alberto!) were off the chart. Equipment is excellent as well. Friends and neighbors are all interested, and we’ll be back when it’s time for a fire pit.

   We purchased our fireplace logs here 6 years ago and they were very attentive and helpful, they even had a person that came out to install them for a small fee. Two years later I went back because our fire was not coming through on one side. They were completely uninterested and offered no help. Last week I went in to learn about electric fireplaces for another property after calling the day before to see what they had on display. OMG! They were SO rude. They would hardly look up from their computers. I was with a friend and she had the same impression. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I came home, immediately ordered my $2200 Dimplex fireplace online from a super nice guy. It came in seven days, no problem. I don’t know what’s going on at Cozy, but if those two ill mannered young men are employees, they need some training in social skills and should probably be inventory stockers at Walmart. If they are the owners…don’t bother because they don’t care. Shame on them.

   I wish I knew this was an option sooner. We have used the poison logs from HEB for years, and I knew it had to be killing us slowly. We had Cozy replace our poison log set up with gas logs. Not only is it beautiful. It’s easy. We can now quickly turn on our fireplace just for ambiance or to help warm the living room. My son loves snuggling with the fireplace and watching the VIKINGS play. I’d tell anyone it’s 100% worth it.

   Chris and Travis and the team were absolutely amazing to work with on our outdoor kitchen project. Chris’s design was perfect for our space, and he made adjustments on the fly based on our change requests. Travis and the rest of the team that came onsite to do the install were extremely professional, they did great work and every day they cleaned up after themselves so we could still use the patio and pool area during construction. Travis spent time with me to make sure we got everything we needed into the kitchen including a ceiling fan, lights and speakers. These guys always picked up the phone or replied to my texts and emails immediately. I seriously could not be happier and would 100% recommend Cozy Outdoor Escapes if you need an outdoor kitchen.

   Chris and team did a tremendous job and made the process as simple as possible. He and his team are very knowledgable to help provide solutions for specific homeowner needs. We installed a limestone wall and electric fireplace, and the entire team displayed extreme pride in their work and took care of every detail. We are very pleased with the result and service and will definitely return for any future projects.
