   Called to request a Saturday inspection and service which I thought was a long shot, but thank goodness a tech was available. A short time later, tech Tim Martin showed up and he was excellent. He did a thorough inspection and was able to help with our situation. I totally recommend this tech. He was easy to work with and gave excellent customer service.

   Ryan from Bulwark was outstanding. He provided excellent service and was very thoughtful throughout the entire process. Before pest control, he made sure to move and protect our precious items, which we really appreciated. He covered the entire house thoroughly, including the inside, and even replaced the pads where needed. His attention to detail and care really stood out. Highly recommend Ryan and Bulwark for anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

   Services were very thorough and professional. Elijah took his time to get everything. He took his time to explain what he would be doing and fully answered my questions and concerns. Elijah suggested services I might want to consider adding, when he noticed signs of infestation. I’ve been very pleased with this company and its employees. There here to stay to keep my home free from infestations. Great work guys!!

   This was the initial service visit by Bulwark at a new house for us after moving back to the Houston area. I was very happy with the service Nathan provided. He arrived during the scheduled window, was friendly and asked what pests I was seeing so far. Nathan then explained what was happening at this service visit and what would happen at future service calls. He was super efficient outside and inside the house. Nathan finished by de-webbing the outside and knocking down any wasp nests that had started building. I was very pleased with everything about the service Nathan provided us.

   We had a great experience with this company. Our technician, Greg, arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and clearly explained the treatment process. He walked us through what to expect, how the products work, and outlined a prevention plan to keep the ants from returning.

   We appreciated the transparency and thoroughness. Would definitely use them again.
