Had John do an inspection of the pool at the house I am purchasing. Communication was excellent with Eva. Was not sure what to expect since is this si the first time I have ever needed a pool inspection. Report was scheduled and preformed quickly, as my escrow times are short. Report was incredibly detailed with inspector comments, pictures, model numbers for components and health & Safety as well as city/county ordinances and codes. Could not be more impressed with the quality of work delivered with excellent turnaround. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend.
