Kurt at BBQ Freedom in San Marcos came out to our home, two hours away, to measure and determine our needs, researched and found the perfect bbq, burner and utility door (to access gas line) to replace our old built in bbq and outdoor kitchen accessories. This was not an easy task due to existing cutouts and size limitations. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. The new bbq order arrived quickly, and Kurt and his crew again did the two hour drive to deliver and install it. Everything was installed correctly, with no scratches, etc. Outdoor kitchen was spotless, and old appliances and all packing materials were removed. Thank you Kurt and Team! We will highly recommend you to our family and friends!
We are happy with the Blaze grill and burner that Kurt recommended, and even happier with the service and knowledge that Kurt provided. He went out of his way to visit after installation to show us the Blaze features, and is very responsive when we have a question, including getting a part replaced when needed.
Had an excellent experience at BBQ Freedom! We needed to replace an old, rusted grill in our island, and Kurt found us a model that was the right fit and at the right price. He helped us with installation and trouble-shooting. The whole process was easy, and our new grill is a key feature of the back yard. Very highly recommended!
One of the best barbecue companies in San Diego when I say barbecue that means barbecue equipment and planning. Kurt was fantastic. He did a great job in designing the entire barbecue optimizing our space and delivering one of the best equipment. While we were looking for a brand, he recommended brands That would help us achieve our goals given the fact that we would be utilizing the outdoor kitchen, maybe 30% of the year.
