Justin just left after doing a first-class job. Replacing a bathroom faucet is something I would have done, but arthritis makes it impossible for me now. He worked efficiently and expertly. He left no mess — got to applaud a man who cleans up after himself. He was polite and friendly. He explained the cost ahead of the installation, making sure I was all right with the price before he did the work. I give him a 5-Star rating. Besides installing the faucet I bought from Loews, he also replaced 30-year-old supply valves, which were corroded by our wonderful, calcium-rich water. I’m a happy homeowner tonight. Thank you, Justin!!!
Having issues with our tankless water heater, Sun City sent their guys out right away. Brian and Anthony came out first to evaluate the issue, determined that a new heater was needed, and clearly explained the problem.
Ryan and Anthony made quick work of the replacement job. We had a non-issue after the installation (my fault), and Aaron came out for the quick fix. Kudos to the team and also to Crystal for providing a fantastic customer experience (friendly, punctual, neat) and high-quality work.
Brian was absolutely the best. I was having a terrible leaking problem with my Kinetico Water Softener. I called Sun City, whom I was familiar with having gotten my HVAC from them. It was late on a Friday night. I was left with the thought of turning off the water to the house and going to a hotel for the weekend, or taking a chance with Sun City. Brian returned my call within three minutes. He came out to the house late, late Friday night, helped fix the leak quickly. After talking to Brian, I decided to have my Kinetico system and its leaks replaced. Brian was there in the morning on Saturday and shortly thereafter I had a brand new Aqua Systems Water Softener. It’s so much better. Brian, measured my water softness, tested water pressure, showed me how everything worked in the system, and impressed upon me that Sun City is family owned and that they would always be there for me if ever needed. Which has also been the case with my HVAC. It was a great experience. Brian was fantastic.
Ryan did a great job installing my Kind E-3000 Salt-Less Water Softener + Sediment + Carbon Filter System. He was courteous and very professional. The water was turned OFF for most of the install so plan on that happening. I highly recommend Sun City Plumbing & Heating and especially Ryan the Plumbing Install Manager.
My water heater flooded my porch. I had to go to the hospital the next day. The staff quickly searched for availability. Brian V. Came and assessed the situation and turned off the leaking pipe.
Bryan was knowledgeable, friendly and decided he would stay and replace my 10 yr. Old water heater that day. I had it replaced by 5 pm and was able to get to my procedure without worrying about it. Excellent service, excellent cheerful people.
