Paul is the bestest pool master we have ever had! He performs wizardry to keep our pool crystal clear and sparkly with zero, literally zero, chemical smell and feel. The Phenomepool team is also always responsive and friendly. High quality company for pool needs. Going on 3 years!
We have been using Phenomepool and spa services for at least 10 years now. We moved three times with three different pools! They have provided continual maintenance and several repairs for all of them. Our pool guy, Bob, is absolutely awesome. He has been working with us for about 5 years (might be more than that)! He has exceptional knowledge on all the equipment and is 100% reliable. The business is run and staffed by real professionals that are all-around solid, cool people. I highly recommend them!
PhenomePool is a wonderful company! Our pool was built about 6 years ago and we have had the same amazing pool technician since then. Bob Paolina is like family! He is very hard working, a perfectionist, and always available to answer questions. Our salt water pool always sparkles and is balanced. We trust this company. Even our children, doggy Knox and chickens like Bob! Thank you for taking great care of our pool and respecting our property.
Marcus has been servicing our pool and spa for almost 3 years and has always been great! He is consistent, timely, thorough, and so helpful when I have problems or questions. Super grateful for his service, our pool always looks amazing!
We have been using PhenomePool and Spa Service to do the weekly service on our salt water pool and spa for over a year. Marcus has been our pool guy the whole time. He shows up every Wednesday without fail and keeps the pool looking great. He always makes sure to double lock the side gate so our dogs don’t escape. I highly recommend PhenomePool to all.
