A tree fell on our house during a storm on Christmas Eve. The next morning after I searched tree companies online they were the first to respond right away to my call. They were able to come that day to assess the situation and came the very next day with a crew and a crane to remove the tree. They were very friendly and professional and I felt taken care of during a scary and stressful situation.
I first met Evergreen Tree Care when I moved to the East Bay last year. They helped me trim and reduce the weight on two oak trees. My sister is moving next door and that house’s oak trees were long neglected. Guess who I called? Evergreen Tree Care of course.
Paige the arborist came out to take a look at the trees and recommend what should be done. A few weeks later when the crew came out, Paige also came out with them to describe what needed to be done. The crew was fast, they got the work done in about three to four hours and did an excellent job cleaning up. I was fully expecting to go next door and sweep up random leaves, twigs, or acorns….nope, it was perfectly clean, nothing for me to do. Before the visit the tree looked like a bushy green “thing” because its been neglected for so long, now it actually looks like a tree.
We also learned to keep an eye on one of the oak trees because it is dying. I had no idea. Paige pointed out how the bark was coming off the tree near the base and it was a sign of an infection, and the tree would eventually die, but for now it seems to be okay.
Evergreen Tree Service took the time to hear our specific needs while also assuring the on going health of the tree. They did a fantastic job trimming and cabling the tree. They were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up fully. We will use them again, and would recommend them without hesitation.
Today I had an aphid service on my crape myrtle tree. ETC has done all of my tree work for years and I have always been very pleased with the work, the care they take of my yard and their customer service. Highly recommend!
In my 73 yrs I have had the occasion to use Tree Care Services. I want to say that hands down…of ALL the companies I have worked with in the various locations I have lived the Evergreen Tree Care are by far the best I have ever hired, And there are a great number of Tree Care companies out there. ETC showed the greatest respect for the plants, bushes & trees. They always trim smartly…they do their level best to leave all the trees, bushes & plants looking as if they have not been cut … yet they have been trimmed smartly and meticulously. I believe a big part of it is the licensed arborists on staff @ ETC. Other companies have left my trees looking hacked…bushes looking like they were cut for expediency rather than health and aesthetics. Evergreen Tree Care have never done that….all the discussed plants, bushes and trees we discussed in the initial walk-through when evaluating the job…they were all cut/trimmed/manicured with care…AAAAND…looked great!
I recommend ETC for your hardcore…trees, bushes, plants etc. needs!!! to top it off their pricing was always reasonable I felt I got an excellent deal for the work done
