We love Londontown!!! We had the joy of living here our last year and a half in Tallahassee and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The staff and neighbors make it truly feel like home. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are always clean and the staff are so friendly and responsive. I highly recommend living here!
My experience at LondonTown was fantastic. I had no complaints at all. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive to my needs. The neighborhood was also safe and I did not feel uncomfortable at all. At night it was quiet with no loud noises. Also, the rent price was reasonable for being in central Tallahassee. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for an apartment in Tallahassee.
Absolutely loved living here! The office and maintenance staff are phenomenal. The property itself is gorgeous and has an amazing location. Safe, quiet, and reasonably priced. Good places like this are hard to come by.
We genuinely can’t say enough positive things about Londontown— we loved our experience! My boyfriend lived in Londontown for two years, and I for one year. Between the two of us, we’ve rented with seven different agencies, and we can confidently say Londontown has been the best experience out of the seven. The staff is available and on property every business day 9-5. There’s always two wonderful ladies working in the office, and you’ll always find the awesome maintenance crew around the property fixing something or doing lawn/facilities maintenance. In addition to the Londontown maintenance, they have a company come in and mow, so the complex is always in tip top shape. Pest control is also included and they come and spray your apartment (I believe monthly, but I’m not 100% sure). Londontown is pet friendly! There are two tennis courts, and two pools on the property, which we loved and made use of constantly. There’s a great demographic— genuinely anybody can find a home here. You can find anyone from college/grad school age, to couples and families, to older adults. My boyfriend and I made connections and friendships with people who fall into all three of those categories, and we’re going to miss our neighbors so much!
The entire Londontown staff is truly so friendly, welcoming, and just amazing. But I have to say, K, the property manager, and Vernon (I’m not sure what his title is, but he’s always out and about doing maintenance) both go above and beyond, and run the extra mile for Londontown’s tenants. Walking my dog every morning, and almost always passing by Vernon, and seeing his bright smile and friendly wave always brightened my day! And then K is in constant communication with tenants via text giving important updates, etc. She also is so helpful in every way (I had an issue finding a mailed package one time. I sent her a text, and she immediately responded, and solved the issue within 10 minutes)— the best property manager!
Like I said, I genuinely can’t say enough to express how much I loved living here. We will miss you Londontown! ❣️
My experience at Londontown was great! The complex is in a great location and stays relatively quiet throughout the day and night. The office staff are always very responsive and incredibly nice. Any concern that I had was taken care of promptly. Maintenance requests for me were usually resolved within 24 hours too. I would highly recommend Londontown for anyone who is moving to Tallahassee.
