Called for estimate, was given a email for Cody. Emailed requesting estimate on the 1st of October. No response as of the 6th. Called today to check status. Was told he is out all day and to leave a message. Guess they are too busy for new business? 2 stars for follow through. Now I have to hunt for another company with a shorter deadline.
