   We’ve been Friendly customers for several years now. They do a great job and provide excellent service. We use them for pest control and termite protection services. They’ve been more than fair and great to work with.

   Steve did an excellent job for us this week. We’ve also had excellent service from Ellie and Moe in the past. Highly recommend this company

   I have never had a bad experience with Friendly Pest Solutions. The office staff have always been accommodating when I have to reschedule, sometimes last minute. And all of the techs, including Bradley who serviced my home today, are always courteous, prompt, and respectful of my home and property. Friendly is truly the proper adjective for this company.

   I’m a first timer and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Kay…what a friendly and pleasant technician who really knew his stuff!! Did a fantastic job of informing and detailing all the procedures needed specifically for our home! Couldn’t be happier with the service!! Great communication about time frames and arrival too!!

   Since starting with Friendly Pest Solutions over approx a year ago, I have needed 2 additional services for ants in my home–appreciate the fast response and help with great results. I also have the quarterly outdoors service and have had improvement in the ant situation. Also, I recommended Friendly Pest Sol. to my neighbor and she also has signed them up and is happy with the service.

   As recent out-of-state transplants and new residents of the Tampa/Wesley Chapel area, we initially found the process of setting up services for our home to be stressful. However, Friendly Pest Solutions has truly lived up to its name and the many positive reviews we read. From the initial consultation to our second appointment, every team member we’ve interacted with has been genuinely friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable.

   We were especially impressed with technician Ely, who serviced our home today November 3, 2025. She went above and beyond—addressing all of our questions and concerns with patience and expertise, providing a very thorough treatment, and even took the initiative to bring in our trash bin from the curb—going well beyond the scope of her responsibilities.

   We couldn’t be happier with our choice to use Friendly Pest Solutions and highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, professional, and personable pest control service.
