When digging a hole, I slashed my in-ground sprinkler line with my shovel (in 2 spots!). I needed help figuring out a fix. Chad was available, friendly, and patient as he collected parts and explained how I should use them. With the right directions and supplies, I repaired the line quickly and easily. Thank you, Chad!
Such a valuable supply store- the owner has everything you’d need for your drip system, knows all the ins and outs, is so helpful. This is the exactly the kind of small business we need. We have been customers of Irrigation Equipment for many years. Irrigation Equipment is a Bay Area independent company with excellent irrigation supplies and wonderful service.
Over the winter, the critters had been chewing on our irrigation drip tubing and sprinkler heads. Urgent repairs were in order as we were stepping up our vegetable planting. Due to the COVID-19 Stay At Home order in our state, I called the company to order by mail. Some of the parts I needed were of unusual sizes and not commonly available. Chad was extremely patient and professional while I, as a layperson, described the tubing and emitters. Chad got every part down cold and completed the order in no time. And when he heard I was a senior citizen sheltering in place, he said he would drop off the order on his way home the same day, no charge.
