Worked with Joseph directly to build a pool from scratch. The contracted sub walked and Kaizen H20 answered my call to complete this commercial pool project on a renovation project. Joseph was a consummate professional in navigating the challenges with design flaws, city permitting, inspections, and workmanship. He hit every schedule and inspection needed to complete the project on time and on budget.
I enjoyed working with all of the team and genuinely appreciate the knowledgeable guidance navigating obstacles as they presented themselves.
I would absolutely work with them again on a project of any size.
