Jordan hooked me up late in the day on a beautiful Saturday with a great attitude and exceptional customer service. He went over and beyond and didn’t rush the service, cleaning the entire parameter of my home with a duster to clear leaves and debris, as well as the fence. I was wowed today and am grateful. Thanks!
I highly recommend Mission Pest Control! Not only are their service techs (Noah specifically!) knowledgeable and friendly, but they spend more time on my yard removing spider webs than any other service provider I’ve used in the past, including the national chains.
I also appreciate that their products last months but that I can call them back for free in between service, if any other issues arise.
I have to say that my experience with Mission Pest Control has been stellar so far, and I’ve only had one service!
They were responsive and came out quickly, detail oriented and didn’t try to upsell. Their service is reasonably priced and they even remove spider webs from the house exterior. Also RESULTS DONT LIE!
We had a terrible ant problem, and after my initial visit I haven’t seen any ants in our usual problem areas. And pictures also don’t lie…look what I found outside today (attached).
Geoff was our technician and he was so sociable and great with the pups too!
5 stars all the way
Dustin was very professional and friendly. Very grateful for his thorough work and dedication in keeping us safe from all the dangers that exist on our property. Very grateful because i can relax when my kids are playing in the yard.
I’ve only experienced their gopher treatment so far but Juan was definitely more educated than my previous company’s technicians. It’s Juan’s first visit and he tested every trap from the previous company and it looks like they only had 1/6 traps in a tunnel. The rest were just haphazardly plopped into the loose dirt. No wonder nothing was being caught!
Juan’s took the time to find the tunnels near where the last company left the traps and proceeded to treat with carbon monoxide and then leave Gopher Hawk traps at every site he treated. I’ve had our yard “gassed” like this years ago by a company that went out of business and I found that treatment VERY effective. I’m hoping Mission’s treatment will yield similar results. I appreciate that he also left the traps in case the “gassing” didn’t do the job. Any new gopher that comes along in the next few weeks will meet the traps left and hopefully my poor yard will begin to finally recover.
Will update if my opinion changes!
