   I live in Massachusetts but was looking for a fast answer about troubleshooting a Hayward pool heater. It was after hours in my time zone so I took a shot and called this company in California hoping to get in touch with someone. The pool heater company, Hayward, does not have a support line and directs you to reach out to suppliers for help (unfortunate). When I called B&B I was greeted by a wonderful woman who listened to my semi-ridiculous request and had Bruce call me back. Bruce and I had a conversation about how to best approach a repair that I could perform on my own in a way that would save me hundreds of dollars based on components needed. I want to point out that I am not a customer, they do not get money from me for any work, and took their time to help me out with some questions when they had no obligation to. I hope their in-person service is as great as the help they provided me across the country.

   It always seems a little odd to me for someone to expend energy to write a negative review because a company is focused keeping current customers satisfied rather than going out of their way to make and take phone calls with potential customers. Why not just move on to the next company? Anyway…

   I’ve personally worked with B&B for over 15 years and will continue to do so. when I have a need.
   I’ve always found their knowledge, skill, and professionalism to be top notch. They focus not only on getting the job done, but doing so in a safe manner is what I have always appreciated most.
   Keep up the great work!!

   I manage grounds for our HOA in Upper Rockridge (Oakland) which includes our community pool. When I joined the board recently, we were not happy with the pool company we were using and B&B was the company that was recommended to do warranty repairs on our new pool heater that wasn’t installed properly. Bruce came out, fixed everything quickly and really knew his stuff. When we had a temperature sensor go bad a day ago, and he came out two days before he said he would and fixed the problem so we were only down for a day. I highly recommend B&B as they really know their stuff and are very reliable. Five stars!

   I was having problems with my salt water system working and I had a repair guy come out to our house. He said I needed a new salt cell which cost over $700. I had just replaced ours two years ago and decided to get a second opinion. I talked to the owner, Bruce, at B & B pool repairs and over the phone he was able to trouble shoot and diagnose my problem saving me $700 in buying a new salt cell. He is amazing, look no further he knows his stuff! I have had several problems with our pool over the years and it refreshing to finally talk to a true professional, I wish I had found him years ago.

   Love the service! The woman on the phone was so nice. She had me send in a couple photos of our equipment…Bruce called me back and walked me through the problem/repair. So simple and he was so nice! I highly recommend this company!
