Our family had the pleasure of working with Eloy and team. Right from the start, Eloy was great with handling communication and showed up promptly to discuss scope, price and was very happy to answer questions on possible future projects. They were very competitively priced, carried insurance, and had the right staff and equipment. Overall, we had two trees removal, one tree trimmed and 3 stumps removed, and the team showed up exactly as stated and finished the job on time. Eloy is very knowledgeable and he is great at communication and offered prompt and timely service. I would highly recommend their services and plan to use them for future needs.
Prompt, world-class service at a great rate! The owner Eloy is friendly, professional, and definitely knows what he’s doing. I spoke with a few different companies to transplant a canary island date palm before choosing to go with Tree Loyalty.
I’m very happy with my decision. Eloy was with his team the entire time and made sure everything went as planned. His team was friendly and very hardworking. He’s an arborist so has lots of knowledge regarding all things trees. He even let me sneak some advice him from him regarding my other trees while doing this job. We had an unusual request for a tree cutting service — our drone got stuck in a tall palm tree around 5:30 PM on a weekday. I called around, and Eloy at Tree Loyalty was the first to respond promptly, asking all the right questions and giving me a quote with timing estimates right away. Within the hour, he and his team were on-site.
Eloy was friendly and professional, and his colleague (who clearly loves climbing trees) scaled the palm like a ninja. The drone recovery was smooth and safe — not a scratch on it.
If you ever need tree cutting or find yourself in a weird situation like we did, Tree Loyalty is the team to call. Fast, reliable, and genuinely great to work with.
I called Eloy to ask him about a small shrub/bush removal job in our front yard, in preparation for a new fence to be built on our property line. He was very quick to email me back and let him know a time that worked best for him and even offered an earlier appointment when available. Super quick and to the point. He made sure not to cut anything else other than I described in the photos I gave him, and his team was done in about 20-30 minutes. If you need quick landscaping work done for a fair price, I recommend him 100%. I’ve posted a before and after for the results. Thanks again, Eloy!
Eloy’s Tree Loyalty was amazing to work with. They laced three trees laced – two eucalyptus and one stone pine – at the school I work at in San Diego. Eloy was incredbly quick to respond, answered all my questions and provided the necessary forms, and completed the service quickly. He cleaned up the entire area and kept me informed of what to expect for each step. His team was polite and they finished the project within the day. We are thankful for this service and the trees will now be able to withstand wind and heavy rain much better.
