They have the worst customer service. They give you warranty on something and they tell us we have to pay to have it looked at and fixed. The rep has a bad attitude and then we try to call the office and they defend him. Will never use them again. That’s why we stopped using them and gave them another chance but backed fire on us. Beware of them and their work.

Worst customer service from the man behind the desk. Absolutely rude and arrogant. I’d rather order from out of town than support this behavior. If this guy is an employee he will definitely damage their sales. Never coming back to this place.
