I am absolutely thrilled with my new artificial grass! The entire experience was outstanding thanks to Mario Perez and Vivian Mendez. Mario was incredible—he made the process stress-free by being upfront, realistic, and completely honest in both word and deed. His professionalism and transparency gave me total confidence from start to finish.
Vivian was equally amazing! She was always available, super friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her communication was clear and reassuring, which made the whole project effortless.

We had an excellent experience with SYNLawn, Mario Perez, and the entire installation team. From start to finish, the process was professional, smooth, and well-organized. Mario was knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure everything was done right.
The install team did an outstanding job—they worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and were extremely clean and respectful throughout the entire project. They kept the work area neat as they went, which we truly appreciated.

We booked a free estimate through Home Depot. My wife was eager to get rid of the ugly fake grass i had put in. They have a minimum project spend of $5200, which I thought was too expensive for our 300 sqft project. But after Mario showed us the GTR 60 and we brushed our hands through its plush and spongy goodness I was persuaded to do it.
The day of the install I noticed the product did not look right. I called Mario and he told me not to panic and that it doesn’t look right until the grooming, brushing and infill. I thought it was strange that the product didn’t have any tags or labels telling us what was being installed.
Well, the product that got installed was wrong (minus 1 star). It was pretty obvious cause it was just super fake looking. Mario acknowledged the mistake. The crew came out a week later and installed the correct turf. We are super happy with the results. The attention to detail is superb, including the edges where the lawn meets our huge oak tree. No seams visible even though there are several pieces connected together. And the amount of hard labor that was put into the install, I’m glad (and my wife is very glad) we went forward with the Mario’s crew instead of trying to do it myself.
Very satisfied with our artificial turf. The appointment was made quickly and the work completed in just one day. Quality seems great, looks and feels great, and the price was lower than other companies we asked. We received our estimate with Mario, and he was very helpful. Got the short grass so it’s super pet friendly and cleaned up all the vines from under the deck. Very clean and thorough. Check out the before and after pics.
