   This was the best remodeling experience. Julian Sr, Jr. and team did an amazing job renovating my townhouse. They worked quickly, all the work meticulously done and left everything super clean. Very professional and went above and beyond. I look forward to working with them again.

   I am the Executive Director of Mountain Cloud Zen Center and we are THRILLED that we found Always to give our center a MUCH-NEEDED facelift. Our center was built in the 1980s and had never had a new stucco treatment. Since we are a business that has *daily* programming, we were really worried about shutting down for the work needed. BUT, Julian Sr & Jr came to the rescue with their amazing crew. Work we thought would take 8 weeks was done in just a few. The crew was incredible nice and respectful of our sacred zen atmosphere — friendly, quiet, and always left their workspace clean and tidy. The place looks brand-new! They took care of details that we hadn’t even noticed — matching paint and finishes throughout the sleeve of the building and making sure everything looked really beautiful and sleek, from “head to toe”. Really a pleasure to work with the whole team and very pleased with the work they did. We are definitely going to work with them in the future for other projects.

   Always Construction and owner Julian Moreno Sr. just completed a large project on our Santa Fe residence which included interior and exterior stucco work using both traditional and updated materials, replacing canales, electrical rewiring throughout much of the house, and a new TPO roof among other miscellanea.

   Julian Sr. runs a first class business. His team is a group of highly skilled professionals, each a specialist in their own skill set. They are always on time, responsive, polite and clean up each day. Most importantly they do excellent work and never slack.

   Julian does not know the word “no” because he can do it all. He is fully transparent and conscientious. His concern for our satisfaction in his work was always apparent and demonstrated by his frequent presence on the job site, and he returns calls immediately with advice or updates and to answer any questions; his accessibility is key to client satisfaction. And any unplanned surprises are dealt with efficiently and without delay.

   The on site supervisor Danilo is remarkable. His ability to coordinate clients needs to workers requirements kept the entire job flow on track and on time.

   Also, Juan the roofing superintendent and Clarence and Salvador electricians along with Antonio’s all around skills made what could have been a difficult job smooth. All credit to Julian Sr for assembling this crew.

   We wholeheartedly recommend Julian Moreno Sr and his son Julian Jr and Always Construction Services. Their integrity and expertise is the unmatched. We look forward to our next project with Julian and Always.

   We are pleased and satisfied with the stucco renovation and TPO roofing they did.They worked Sunday and even Memorial day without any extra charge. Their crew were punctual, fast and polite. Danilo the foreman is super kind and reliable and Juan is good in coordinating and awesome..When they finished the project, they cleaned the surroundings, even our neighbors started inquiring about their impressive company. Julian is always accessible and had even come to talked to our next door neighbor when there was a splash of cement on the shared wall with them. It was immediately addressed and fixed. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to other company. Always Construction went above and beyond, and will not hesitate to hire then again and recommend them to other!

   I cannot recommend these guys enough! They were amazing! When I first contacted them through their web page, Julian Moreno, the owner, called me within about 10 minutes (around 7 pm!) to talk about the drainage project I needed done at my house. He had Julian Nava come out the next evening to consult on my project. They got me their estimate within a few days and were able to complete my project the following weekend within two weeks of having contacted them. It was done so professionally and beautifully and I have absolutely nothing I can complain about! Both Julian Moreno and Julian Nava are smart, professional, competent, and all-around good people! Do not hesitate to use this company for your project!
