WORST company ever! Do not hire these people. We had new pavers put around our pool, we asked them to cover the pavers. They did not and as a result there’s plaster all over my new pavers. When I asked Luis to come and look at it and meet with the installer of my pavers to discuss how to remove the plaster he never showed up and never once came out to look at the job. He sure did come to pick up checks tho! Thank god we held back $1,000 as we had to hire a company to come and fix all the mess his workers made. I will be reporting them to the state as well. Worst company ever. Run from them!!!
My aunt was recommended this company by family friends spent over $22,000 on this project. No permit was pulled. A year in the coping failed. Lewis has been contacted numerous times. The state licensing board has gotten involved, And the Santa Clara county licensing board has been contacted. This company takes advantage of the elderly, And so many others. Run from this company. We have contacted this company countless times to get this fixed and they refused to fix it. It is failing around 2/3 of the pool.
By far this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I installed my pool with them 2 years back and this review is long over due. They took 2.5 years to build my pool. Repeated errors in drawing, at 1 point I had to do the drawing and send them. Absolutely no follow up. I have sent close to a 800-900 texts following up. At one point I was researching a lawyer to take legal action. One of the most frustrating and stressful events.
I really dislike writing a bad review but I can’t really take the frustration anymore. Luis makes promises he can’t keep. He also took our money but never finished our pool installation. We are so close to finishing after over a year of construction with delays and liens on our property from unpaid subcontractors. I wish Luis would get his business together. This review will serve as a warning to all new pool contractor seekers. I feel bad for Luis and all the other customers and subcontractors he will treat poorly in the future. This is an unfortunate way to run a business. I am glad some people had good experiences with Luis and No Problem Pools. We had hoped for the same but for some reason Luis doesn’t want to finish our project even though we have paid on time every time. Unfortunately, his team stopped showing up. I would not place my trust in Luis and “NO”Problem Pools. I don’t believe anyone should based on my experience.
