Very happy with the final result, quality materials skilled workers and friendly service made everything stress free from start finish.
They listened to ideas offered helpful suggestions and built a pool that fits our backyard perfectly and our lifestyle.
Great experience from design to completion, team was professional responsive and delivered a beautiful pool exactly as promised on time.
We had Paradise Pools install a pool for us and some things are not working properly. We have tried to get them to come back to fix the problems but they tell us that these problems are normal. We have 8 inches of water draining out of the spa every night and this is normal?? We have air bubbles coming out of the the return jets and this is normal?? We have called, text and sent pictures of this to the owner Joe and no response?? We live in El Paso and we used Paradise Pools to install our pool. All we want is our pool to function properly.
