Long overdue, but I can say for sure Xterior Creations are true to their work and they have always been there to help. The pool came out beautifully done! The entire team was very communicative during and after the full construction process. During the design Mike was very flexible in making changes and was always very upfront with the cost of changes. I just purchased another home and will be using once again after an amazing experience from start to finish.
Stop searching for other pool builders – Xterior Creations is the best pool company out there. From start to finish, they were professional, organized, and delivered exactly what they promised. We love our new backyard oasis!
The pictures included capture the final outcome and demonstrate how the design rendering matches the finished product and the before picture shows the transformation.
Xterior’s pricing was fair, and most importantly, never changed; we paid what they quoted. The entire process – from design to fill – took just under three months.
All of the crews that came through did a fantastic job, they were on time, hardworking, and respectful of our property but a few folks really stood out: Jeff perfectly captured our vision in his design as if he pulled it straight from our heads. Chris and Rocky, the Project Supervisors, were incredible – always available, proactive, and made sure every detail was perfect. Mayra and the rest of the office staff always kept us informed of next steps and exactly what to expect.

Every single person involved with our pool and landscaping project were top notch from the beginning until the end! It was a great adventure watching each stage as the pool was built, and a fantastic experience. ( Thanks so much for always cleaning up as much as passible every day too!). We couldn’t be happier and absolutely LOVE our pool and yard!
Xterior Creations had the best design of any company we got a consultation with, and they executed it with great service and a very competitive price. The front desk staff had very good communication throughout the process, and any issues we noticed once the project was close to completion were addressed very promptly and handled well. The pool turned out amazing and they connected us without a pool service company as well, eliminating any extra hassle for us.
Couldn’t have dreamed of a better pool build experience! From start to finish, Xterior was responsive and so much fun to work with! I had a vision in mind and they executed it perfectly when other bids said it couldn’t be done. Pool build took less than 4 months from design to pool school. Our designer Jason translated what we wanted to a beautiful, functional design and was so patient through all of our tweaks. Our supervisor Marco was always available, came frequently to check progress, and kept us up to date on everything. Dan and Scott made themselves available for our custom water feature, ordered the sphere, and oversaw the installation closely.
Now we have the backyard of our dreams and a pool we’ve enjoyed almost every single day since completion. THANK YOU Xterior Creations for making our home and backyard dreams come true!
