We had a great experience from the design stage through installation. Dylan was able to help us turn our ideas into a beautiful design. It was very much a collaborative effort as we went through various options. When the installation started, Ryan was our onsite supervisor. He was there daily to answer questions, monitor progress and identify any issues. We were able to make modifications to the design during the install process and they also recommended ideas to enhance the overall appearance. The communication from everyone at Valley was exceptional. We always knew what was happening. The masonry and landscape crews were very professional and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. We are very happy with the finished product.
The whole experience was good. The office staff, Wendy and Mona, got things started and filled in the blanks along the way. Dylan(sales) and Ryan(Supervisor)were awesome communicating through the entire process, start to finish. The quality of the pavers is good but the expertise of the installation was fantastic. Raul and his crew are the best. He is the Master!
I had a fabulous experience with Valley Oasis Landscaping. I cannot recommend the company highly enough. Everything from start to finish was professional and beautifully done. They transformed our backyard into an oasis that our family will enjoy for years and years on end. I was very impressed with our designer Dylan. He was a good listener and understood everything we were trying to achieve. He rendered a beautiful image using his computer software, so it was very easy to visualize what could be achieved. The estimate for the cost of the project was less than I expected. The final total for the project was extremely close to the estimate. After the estimate was given and I put in my down payment, we had to wait several months before the project could commence. I do not regret waiting for Valley Oasis. I am typically an inpatient person, but the wait was well worth it for the quality that was achieved. Once the project started it was continued without interruption until the completion of the project. One of the standout’s in the whole process was how clear the communication was. I received regular emails with photos describing the progress of the project. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were very promptly addressed. I was very happy with the quality of the work and all the crafts people who participated in the project. I can honestly say that I recommend Valley Oasis Landscaping without reservation – thank you so much for giving me such a beautiful backyard!!! I attached 3 before and 3 after photos to this review.
Phenomenal work with the great communication. They gave us ideas for our backyard and worked with us to fine tune the design. Didn’t hesitate to adjust and make real time changes as the project progressed. Kept us updated every step of the way with pictures. Ryan and George did a great job, and we will definitely be coming back to them for future projects!
I am 100% satisfied with Valley Oasis Landscaping! Dylan Stern designed a beautiful front and back yard for us that included our own preferences as well as design features that really enhanced the pool design. Dylan was also mindful about proper drainage from monsoons! Ryan Mainwaring executed the design and communicated with us almost daily–he managed excellent, hardworking crews and was so helpful with all of our questions!
