   Small company but excellent customer service. Explained everything in detail, very professional and made the process of purchasing faux grass very easy. They have samples so you aren’t blind buying. Purchased and they cut and rolled it up and put it in my car. Very easy. Locate them initial via Facebook marketplace and they are very responsive.

   I recently purchased turf for my rooftop patio from Festival Turf, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Johanna was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through exactly what I needed. She made the entire transaction smooth and effortless.

   The delivery was handled by Sidney, who showed up bright and early at 7:00 AM. What he didn’t know beforehand was that the turf needed to be hauled up four stories to the rooftop! Despite the unexpected challenge, Sidney powered through and helped get the job done without hesitation.

   Both Johanna and Sidney were professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Festival Turf again for future projects!

   We just bought Turf here and the price is so reasonable compared to other companies, the quality of the turf exceeded what we expected. Not only that, even the Customer Service is awesome! Hector was very friendly, accomodating and went above and beyond with our request. Thanks Hector you did a great job! This company is so lucky to have you. You deserve a pay raise!

   Johanna was amazing and vey knowledgeable. She got us the best price on turf anywhere in DFW. She had several styles and types to choose from. We will definitely be back for any more turf needs in the future.

   Hector was so quick to respond and answer my questions clearly and without trying to upsell me on anything. He did us a solid by delivering our turf for a low fee even though our purchase was a lower square footage than they typically require to deliver. The delivery driver Sidney was also prompt and super helpful, he helped us get the roll off the truck and carried all the way around from the front street to our backyard. Everyone we dealt with was quick, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. And we got some beautiful turf for an unbeatably low price. 10/10, they were amazing and our turf looks beautiful!
   Please don’t judge it by the quality of the install when you look at the pictures, my husband and I did that ourselves and it was our first time doing something like this. The install may be a bit ratchet but the quality of the turf is excellent and everything about our experience with Festival Turf was perfect. Unbeatable price, unparalleled customer service, unimaginably nice artificial turf!
