   We had the pleasure of working with Serview Home Pros for a recent patio renovation and I cannot express how thrilled we are with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism and dedication to quality were evident. The consultation process was very straightforward. Steve took the time to understand my vision and provided a detailed sketch on the spot of the entire project layout. I have sat through hour-long plus consultations before so was very grateful that my time was not being taken for granted. The installation team was exceptional. They were not only skilled but also very efficient and respectful of our property. The craftsmanship displayed throughout the construction process was top-notch, even going out of their way to help us solve a doggy door issue when the main flap of the door was too heavy for one our smaller doggies to push. All in all, the resulting patio has exceeded our expectations and has changed the way we interact with our home and our outdoor environment. We are now able to spend our evenings outdoors, something we previously believe to be completely impossible.    Update on 8/7/2025: This is our second time working with Serview Home Pros, this time on more complicated project, and once again, the service was fantastic. From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive to every detail and responsive to me as well as our pool contractor through the entire construction process. Their craftsmanship and commitment to quality really stand out as evident by the constant compliments we receive from our guests. It is rare to find a company that consistently delivers at such a high level – we would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Truly top-notch work.

   Really happy I chose SerView Home Pros. I ended up choosing them because they work with Renaissance Patio Products, so I felt confident the patio cover install would be done quickly and efficiently. It’s quite the investment, but the patio cover is metal so it’s maintenance free. No more weathered wood pergola like we used to have. Plus, they have a 3 year workmanship warranty. We had the deck built by another contractor, but the service we received from SerView far outshined them!

   There was a bit of project snag with our railing install, but the team was on top of it and it ended up turning out even better than planned! We also really wanted RGB lighting that would allow us to have fun with different color settings. It took quite a bit of research on Gary’s part and we almost didn’t find something, but he came through and we ended up getting what we wanted!

   We’ve been enjoying our deck and patio cover every single day, even when it rains. The insulated cover and fans they installed keeps our deck feeling amazingly cool. It has been the best investment in our home.

   Hiring Serview Home Pros for my back patio enclosure project was the best decision I made two years ago. Gary and his team came multiple times before the project started to make sure all the measurements were correct, and all my requests were addressed. They are very good at communications and kept me updated on everything. The enclosure was done beautifully, and all the details were attended, they even installed a doggy door for my pets. During the first two years of my back patio enclosure, we have been enjoyed it every single day. We used the room as a multi-purpose room as gym, party room, homework/study room, dogs/cats sun-bathing room. They also installed an A/C unit and it made the sunroom a great place to be in hot Texas summer or cold winter. My friends gave it so many compliments over last two years. The patio enclosure held really well under all sorts of climates in the past two years. Serview Home Pros also provided me with great financial services. Shout out to John at the finance department for his professional support throughout the project and even after the project was done.

   I would like to recommend Serview Home Pros to anyone who would like to work with people who are super good at what they do and care about how to get the project done right.
