   I don’t leave reviews often and never have good luck using service companies but I had to leave a review for these guys. They fixed leaks I had on my pool plumbing last summer within hours. The tech did a Super clean job with clear glue and fittings I wouldn’t have thought to use. Recently I had an issue with my zodiac pool cleaner. They brought it to their shop and figured out the problem quickly and charged me $25 labor plus the $45 part even helped me warranty out the more expensive part through the manufacturer. Outstanding company with great customer service and pricing. I’m switching my weekly pool service to these guys no questions asked. Thank you for everything so far!

   We’ve been using them for our pool needs including maintenance and repairs for over 3 years. Mike, who is taking care of our pool in a weekly basis is awesome! He’s very communicative and always on top of things.

   Much appreciation for East Mountain Pool, I had several issues with my pool from chemical imbalances & myriad of computer malfunctions & parts. I can attest various technicians/Management at each turn went above & beyond helping myself & family facilitate placing our pool back in pristine operation. All without exorbitant charges.

   Great sevice, the tech gave me what I needed, not what I ask for and saved me some money. Had an issue later that day and they came out and programed my pump schedule for me. Thanks Shane and Ivan!

   We built a new pool in 2022, and East Mountain Pool & Spa was highly recommended by many of our friends for regular maintenance. Their customer service is top-notch, and we can always count on our pool running and feeling great. During an uncommonly huge rainstorm this year, our pool ended up filled with mud after our storm runoff got blocked by debris. I asked East Mountain what we’d need to do, and the owner, Shane, was at our home to visually inspect the damage and come up with a game plan within an hour. Our regular tech, Sergio, is always friendly and lets us know of any upcoming maintenance recommendations or issues to keep an eye out for. We’ve also run into a handful of equipment issues, for which our builder was non-responsive and unhelpful. The East Mountain team helped put us into contact with the correct warranty folks to help get our issues sorted, and are plainly always looking out for us. We appreciate their team and efforts very much, and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of maintenance or repairs.
