I have purchasing pool supplies and repair services from Roger’s for many years. I have always found them to be fair.
Several times, I have called for service and had a repairman come to the house. Before performing any direct repairs, i have been advised of the cost and, on a couple of occasions, I have been told what to do and been charged nothing for the consultation.
The prices for goods and supplies are fair. In a world where I can get things shipped to the house in two days, Roger’s prices for same day items are regularly in line with that.
This is an old school local business that runs like we’re still in the 1980’s and I appreciate that.
Very inconsistent staff. They struggle if dogs are in the yard and never have the same staff so there is never any consistency or routine. Poor service and communication. They never come at the same time. Honestly, I don’t know why anyone would pay for this service. Very disappointing. If I could give zero stars I would.
My experience with this company has been costly! Installed solar heating in 2015. Every spring when the solar was turned on it leaked on the roof. This was every year until 2 yrs ago when it was fixed properly. We were told by 2 roofers and 2 handymen that the panels were not installed correctly and were causing leaks in our roof. This year the leaks came through in 2 bedrooms. We had to put a new roof on one side of our house $6,855. Fix ceilings in 2 bedrooms, drywall cost $1,300. Painting 2 ceilings (2 coats) $1,200. Before this year th e costs incurred were, handyman costs to temporarily patch leaks$900. and handyman cost 2 x before for leaks $320. Called David to ask for help, received return call 2 days later. He told us they did not have anyone to send out and told us to call a handyman. NICE! Poor workmanship AND bad service. I feel Roger’s Pool owes me some money. Beware!!!!!!
They have been our pool/spa maintenance and repair guys since we have lived here (over 5 years). We have a solar panel heating system which they maintain. They come once a week and do a great job. We had a pump go out last year and the repair costs were reasonable. These guys know how to take care of all your pool and spa needs.
I’m a property manager and I called Roger’s Pool and Spa for help on an issue I couldn’t get resolved and they were amazing! They were quick to respond and have since helped me with 2 separate issues. I am not close but they made the time to come to the house and get it done. I cannot recommend them enough, they really made my job so much easier and I am so appreciative!! Thank you!!
