   From the very beginning, working with Dakota Cabins of Texas has been an outstanding experience. Jess and the team were professional, transparent, and sincerely invested in helping me pursue a Casita project for my in-laws.

   Although my HOA ultimately blocked the project (completely outside of Dakota Cabins’ control), I was impressed with how supportive, responsive, and genuine the Dakota team was throughout the process. They guided me with patience, clarity, and always with my family’s best interest in mind.

   It’s rare to find a company that operates with such integrity and good faith. Even though this particular project could not move forward, I would not hesitate to recommend Dakota Cabins to anyone considering a Casita or studio build. They truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to serve them well.

   My wife and I have been extremely impressed with Dakota Cabins. The beauty and craftsmanship of their part model tiny homes is outstanding. They stand behind their work. Not only do they build a great product, but they are generally great people to work with. I would recommend Dakota Cabins to anyone looking for a tiny home.

   The first time I saw a Dakota Cabin was at a Home & Garden show. For so many years I had wanted a small cabin. I fell in love with the cabin at first sight. Throughout The walk-through, I kept saying ‘I love it! It’s perfect. I want this.’ I contacted Jadan at Dakota Cabins the following Monday. I asked many, many questions – he patiently answered each question with confidence & professional; yet personable responses. Jadan is so easy to talk with. He presented not only himself, but Dakota Cabins with transparent honestly. I fell more in love with the cabins hearing how well they are made for instance not paneling – real knotty pine panels. High quality materials throughout. I felt confident not only in the quality and durability of the cabin, but of the representatives behind them. Jadan never pressured me, rather told me to think about it before I made a purchase. How refreshing! Unfortunately, I was unable, at this time, to purchase one of these beautiful cabins; however, anyone considering a small space for guests in the backyard or looking to downsize and move to a lot at a lake, I highly encourage contact with Jadan at Dakota Cabins.

   Dakota Cabins of Texas was AMAZING to work with! From the start of the process all the way to the end, they were nothing but professional, helpful, and responsive. They listened to all of my wants and needs and made it all happen. I am just moving into my new tiny home and I have never been so excited to live a place than I am now. I highly recommend Dakota Cabins of Texas, you won’t regret it!
