I was shopping for a specific pool pump and received quotes around $2,200 plus tax from local pool service companies. Then I found the same model at this Nevada pool supply shop for about $1,400 — honestly, it looked too good to be true. My installer advised against online orders, saying I might lose the manufacturer warranty. I called both the shop and the manufacturer to confirm, and both assured me the warranty would still apply. That gave me the confidence to go ahead and place the order.
The experience was excellent from start to finish. Their customer service was very responsive and professional, the order shipped quickly, and the pump arrived in perfect condition. It was brand new, exactly as described, and worked flawlessly after professional installation.
Great prices, trustworthy people, and a smooth transaction — I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.
My Pentair filter system had a leak, and I got a quote from my pool company that seemed way too high. Luckily, I found Pool Supply Depot online, which had the filter I needed at a great price and in stock.
I called the store, and Carter was extremely helpful. The next day, I picked up the filter, and both Carter and Gage were impressive. They were knowledgeable without being arrogant, giving me great advice on pool maintenance. They also offered a very competitive installation price and did a perfect job that afternoon.
They have a huge selection of parts, and their service was exceptional. I highly recommend Pool Supply Depot and will definitely be a returning customer.

The employees, Carter and Gage, went out of their way on a rainy day to bring us an umbrella to enter the shop.
I’m not saying everyone will get this level of customer service, but every time we shop with Tigran, the customer service is unmatched! Keep up the good work guys!
I bought a pentair replacement filter from this store and had a very positive experience. The service gentleman and the owner were both present and very helpful . They even gave me a small military discount, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you again gentleman. I’ll be back when it is time for more pool

Absolutely horrible customer service. Purchased a pool pump through their website. Offered an array of free shipping choices as a first time buyer. Chose UPS next day air as my shipping option, and the shipping cost was credited back. This was not the most expensive free shipping option listed. Checked on the status of my order, and it showed the shipping label was canceled. I called to find out why. Customer service agent stumbled through excuses as to why, and finally stated there is a new tracking #, and the package does not arrive until 2 days later . Heard a bunch of excuses as to why the package would be late, and I told them I ship UPS every day, know how shipping systems and shipping labels work, and someone had to manually cancel the first shipping label, and had to manually create a new label. I told them to just admit that they shipped the order UPS Ground, and that they canceled the UPS next day air label. After some go around, they admitted they did that as they did not want to pay for the cost of next day shipping, even though that was a free shipping option on their website. They then tried to blame the mistake on their IT guy, even though these free shipping options have been listed on their website for some time. So, basically a bait and switch tactic trying to get you to place an order with free expedited shipping, and then not honor the order the way it was placed through THEIR website.
