   Katie does a great job taking care of our community pool. It’s obvious when she’s not cleaning the pool because it’s much dirtier when she does not. Give her a pay raise!

   They allowed my pool to go green then when I got my invoice it was for full months cost. I called them to request they cut off 2 weeks that we couldn’t use pool but manager refused. They didn’t service it the week prior to it turning green yet sent email saying they did. So they are lying and then don’t care if they do their job or not. Stay away from them.

   This company has been the most outstanding pool company I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Our pool guy, Eric, is very knowledgeable and takes the time to do his job right. This company is a decided improvement over every other company we’ve tried (3 or 4 in the past 5 years) and has our business for the duration of our ownership of this pool. They’ve taken our pool from being a hassle to take care of to being a delight to enjoy on our days off. Thank you Sun King Pools.

   Been with pool kings for a couple months now. Very consistent and efficient services. Eric does a super job cleaning and is very knowledge and helpful with any questions we have. New management makes a world of difference in service quality.

   Pool has been green for majority of the time over last 6 months. They will update the system saying pool has been serviced and water is clear, come to find out from property management that pool is green. Excuse they use is couldn’t gain access, however both gates are unlocked as always. Their negligence is now leading to other pool problems, iron stains, black algae growth, broken filter from not being cleaned, possible pump issues as well. Don’t do business here, there are many other reputable and competent pool companies. Katie was great, but since she left it has been nothing but problems.
