I have known Mike and his family for many years. Mike is always straight forward, honest, professional and trustworthy. While we are out of his service area (bummer for us), he did come over and give us an evaluation of our pool, gave us suggestions on its needs and how to best care for it. Thank you Mike for taking the time out of your busy schedule. If we lived in his service area, he is the only one I would trust with our pool.
Although we were not able to come to an arrangement the high degree of transparency and honesty Mike demonstrated would incline me to highly recommend his business to anyone looking for help with their pool. 5 stars!
Great experience with Mike the Poolman! I sent a service request on Mike’s website and had a response within a couple of hours. Excellent communication setting up a timely appointment. Mike arrived at said time, quickly diagnosed my pool pump issue, and repaired within 30 minutes. He asked if I had any other concerns with my pool or equipment, and took the time to answer all my questions. Professional and knowledgeable, highly recommended!
Mike was so helpful in giving me suggestions and helping me choose the style and color for a hand rail for our pool. We have had ours for 2 years now and I love it. All our friends comment on it and appreciate it. Even the little kids use it.
