Great customer service
They have the worst service I ever experienced. Came in to buy a filter cartridge replacement and they told me they were out of stock and to come back in 1 week. Came back 2 weeks later. I was received by the gentlemen with a bad attitude, but he processed my transaction. Paid with a credit card. I waited literally 40 mins and no filter. One of the ladies “Marilu” had me sign the invoice paper as if I had received the filter cartridge which again I never received. They finally came back and told me they couldn’t find the part and that they were going to cancel the transaction. They called somebody in accounting to cancel the order. I had to wait another 15 mins!! and no response. I finally went to Marilu and I asked her what was is going on with my cancelation. She called the lady in accounting and her response was “oh she already canceled the transaction”. I told her: Why did you not tell me that was already cancelled? I left the place with no response. Not even an “I am sorry”. They employees at this place are really unhappy and very disorganized and it reflects in a terrible customer service. I will avoid this place in the future.
This campany They have most everything that we need they also have a Lotta good ideas for repairs special orders excellent service pretty good products on a decent prices
Great staff, only open to commercial contracts though, if you don’t own a business or have a DBA you can’t shop here
